Tori Travers, a sophomore from Sammamish, Washington, was named Region IX's Player of the Week for the 4-game series that she had against Otero in helping the team to four wins. Tori had a great week at the plate, hitting .667, scoring nine runs while recording 13 RBIs. She had two doubles, a triple, and three home runs in the wins over Otero. Tori is currently hitting .420 on the season with eight home runs, 45 RBIs and 37 runs scored.
