Carter Reisig, a sophomore right-handed pitcher from Scottsbluff, had a strong outing in relief on Saturday against Dawson Community College to get the win against Dawson 9-5. Carter pitched six strong innings in allowing two runs, scattering seven hits, and striking out a season-high seven batters. It was his fourth appearance on the mound and his longest outing on the hill. He has 12 strikeouts so far this season, which is just three behind his last year's total of 15, where he has 12 appearances. Reisig has a 6.75 ERA so far this season.
