WNCC Cougar Palace

  History of Cougar Palace

The current Cougar Palace was put into use in January 1969 and was round in shape.
The current Cougar Palace was redone in 2000 with seats above and below.

Cougar Palace is home to the WNCC basketball and volleyball teams and
has seen a number of Region IX championships won on the floor.

Cougar Palace is also used by the community as it hosts a number of high school basketball tournaments during the year, youth games,
wrestling tournaments, and it has been the home of boxing and MMA fights in the past.

Cougar Palace seats roughly 1,500 people.
