Sports History/Highlights -- include all sports played and honors and highlights/memories: Softball 3x provincial champion Softball 2x bronze provincial medalist Won best pop time in Billings, Montana (1.82 seconds) and won a brand new Nokona catchers glove 5A provincial silver medalist for Volleyball and winning countless tournaments Winning the TED (teamwork, excellence, dedication) award for volleyball Making the U16 female Team SASK baseball team and going to Prince Edward Island for the Canada Cup

Sports History -- What Were Your Most Memorable Games/Accomplishments During Your Playing Time: Winning provincials three years in a row, getting coached by team Canada coaches, playing for 222s Fastpitch (multiprovincial travel team) and going to Texas to play, playing on Team Saskatchewan Female Baseball Team and going to Prince Edward Island for the Canada Cup.

Other activiites/honors during high school or college: Senior Pin (valedictorian), spirit award, started an environment club, started a school thrift store to raise money for the nutrition program/help students afford clothing, was the leader of Best Buddies (special abilities peer supported group), English excellence award in grad class

When Did You Start Playing The Sport You Are Playing and What Makes It Your Sport: Age 5- how you are completely in control of YOUR outcome, not necessarily the teams outcome. You get to chase what you want - whether that’s an outside fastball or every ball hit at you in the infield, you get to go after something at all times (defensively and offensively)

Goals After WNCC: Transfer to a 4 year school to continue playing softball and get my degree in exercise science

Describe Who Is The One Teacher/Instructor That Has Inspired You Most and Why: (what school was that teacher in): Mia Kelly- south Alberta school of softball - she has given me hours and hours of her time for nothing in return and helps me out of pure passion for the game. She seeks understanding in not only the physical side of the sport, but the mental side of it too, something not all coaches do. She is incredibly passionate about improving and is always trying to help me with whatever I am struggling with, despite living in different provinces.
